    1. Originally posted on: howlingbooksanddesignThree books into the series, and I still love it. This story was written with a good, steady pace throughout. The author knew what was needed to make her readers love every moment of this book. In this book, the point of view changes between three characters this time. It continues to switch from Ava’s to Peter’s, but now includes the POV of a new character, Brook. I must say, I grew attached to her and her story. I couldn’t wait to read what happ [...]

This book was originally reviewed on The Book Hookup.**I received a copy of this book from the publisher, but that did not influence the review**First Thoughts: 4 stars I love this creepy and haunting story. Great installmentPlot, Pacing and Style: Ava-Claire has so much on her plate I almost felt overwhelmed. Her mother’s cancer is terminal, the love of her life, Peter, can’t love Ava or it might end him, and her own immortality is on the line. This story continues with the search for findin [...]

    5. I really enjoyed the premise of books one and two. and the story goes forward in book three with the introduction of a new character, Brooke. Ivan had changed her. This confused me as I thought he had already died or dissolved himself in book two. I believe Brooke's transition was a back story, but it was confusing. Supposedly, Ivan had sent her to seek Ava and keep an eye on her for him. But when Ivan departed from Brooke and didn't return, Brooke became interested in another individual, Ava's [...]

    6. Mmmm.a definite improvement over the 2nd book. While Ava was still kind of annoying andbalanced emotionally? It's just that she would fly off the handle sometimes out of nowhere. I find it hard to follow and believe sometimes. However, Tex finally had some redeeming moments, which was a relief. I enjoyed her much more in this book, and even her relationship with Viktorey worked well together in a strange way. I was so glad to have more Jamie moments toorious to see where that goes. Helena was a [...]

    7. This book was another great addition to Chelsea's Noctalis series. I was a little skeptical at first when they switched scenes to Brooke's point of view, but quickly realized it was necessary. She blended into the story seamlessly.I love Peter and Victor. They are trying to be human even though they are not. It is fun to read. Tex and Jamie are also great characters.I wasn't real fond of the cancer and the immanent death of Ava's mom, though I understand it. The story was fast paced and left me [...]

    8. Oh wow emotional! I am really getting into this series !! there's so much that happens but it's not like other bits where it doesn't really go into details about it or leaves bits out which I really like about these books tears for ava's mum :'( seriously it was like I was there apart of the family and I couldn't stop the tearsI do really like that it's from others POV that helps alot I'm can't wait to read more !! I defiantly recommend this series !! :-D

    9. Omg!! So great and so emotional. Loved every word in it!! I really like how all the point of views of the different characters all flow together effortlessly. I love being able to see the different points of view and get everyones different emotions on the same events. Love Peter's devotion to Ava. Absolutely wonderful read. Cant wait for the next one!!!!

    10. I have to admit the introducing of new characters is really not my thing but i guess it works the guy in the group needed love to. I'm not sure where we can go from here everything that you were dying to see not happen or happen did. It was a great read and i cant wait to see what happens next. although im not sure where the book can go from here. BTW I love Texas.

    11. Agh. Fan girl moment. I cannot wait until the last book! Please hurry!Ok I am better. So this book introduced a new character and I really did not like Brooke but I liked the insight she provided about Ivan! I kind of missed him! The ending was sad and I cried!

    12. This was my least favorite book so far. It was really drug out with an ending I knew was coming. There was some important parts to the story line but really they could have been condensed down to a paragraph so that this book could have been skipped all together.

    13. Chelsea Cameron has a wonderful way with words. Her characters are vivid and the story is touching. I cannot wait to read the conclusion to this wonderful story.

    14. AT FIRST WAS A LITTLE HARD TO FOLLOW THAN REALLY GOT DRAWN BACK, STARTED TO FEEL A LITTLE DRAWN OUT AND BY THE END HATED KNWOING HAD TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT BOOK

    15. I criede story with her Mom was too close to home. Mrs. Cameron really hit on the emotions a family going through cancer have. Well written!
