    2. interesting book (although a bit of a slow read) on how to foster meaning into your work. How a firm CAN stick to its principles and succeed and promote individuality in its members. I'm currently not working outside the home, but it's hopeful reading and information I hope will stick in my head as I begin work in the next few years.
